Card: 3 of Swords (Reversed)

Moon: 5% Waxing Crescent

Astrological Sun Sign: Sagittarius (November 22-December 21) “The Archer”

Crystals: Rose Quartz (Heart Chakra Healing and Self-Love), Rhodonite (Emotional Healing and Forgiveness), and Amethyst (Tranquility and Releasing Negative Emotions)

Essential Oils: Rose (Emotional Healing and Love), Lavender (Relaxation and Inner Peace), and Frankincense (Spiritual Healing and Emotional Balance)

Today’s Number: 14 (Adaptability and Change)

Today, you may have a heavy heart, as signified by the 3 of Swords (Reversed). Recovering from emotional pain, heartbreak, or sorrow takes time; today is the beginning of that recovery. Take time, dear one, to sit in your pain and explore what is needed to help speed recovery. Life ebbs and flows. Ebbs are the lows, where we face life’s trials and tribulations. Life’s flows are our good times and our life’s abundance.

Without pain, we wouldn’t know pleasure.

Without heartbreak, we wouldn’t know happiness.

Without sorrow, we wouldn’t know joy.

Though I do not consider myself overtly religious, I do sincerely appreciate Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 in the King James Version (KJV) of the Bible:

“To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;
A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;
A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;
A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;
A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away;
A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;
A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.”

Sending you love and healing, dear one. You are going to be okay. -Maggie

Card: Queen of Swords (Upright)

Moon: 26% Waning Crescent

Astrological Sun Sign: Sagittarius (November 22-December 21) “The Archer”

Crystals: Amethyst, Selenite, and Blue Lace Agate

Essential Oils: Lavender and Eucalyptus

Today’s Number: 8 (Success, Abundance, and Balance)

Hello, dear ones. The fog of the past week seems to have lifted, with the Queen of Swords Upright leading the charge to clarity, intellect, and independence. The Queens are some of my favorites in Tarot. The strength and softness of today’s Queen draws me in and makes me linger on the imagery. She sits proudly on her throne with a gold crown on her head, a sword by her side, and flowers at her feet. With her wing outstretched, the Queen beckons us to join her on our terms. A crow flies freely in the skies above, and a cherry tree bourgeons with life.

To boost your mental clarity and focus, reach for Lavender and Eucalyptus. Amethyst aids wisdom and intuition, whereas selenite is known for mental clarity and purification. Blue Lace Agate soothes the soul, allowing clear communication and calmness.

May your day be clear and bright. -Maggie

Card: 4 of Swords (Upright)

Moon Phase: 89% Waning

My apologies, dear Tarot enthusiasts, for not posting yesterday. Between technical glitches and feeling under the weather, I pulled a card but did not post. This irony is that the card I pulled, the 4 of Swords upright, was telling us to rest and recover, signifying a time to recuperate from physical and mental exhaustion. So, at a cost to my followers, I took the temporary pause this card guided me to take, and it allowed me to think about the steps needed to create more consistent content for you. I encourage you to take a step back, even if it’s a 5-minute meditation, to heal and find inner peace before moving forward. You’ll find renewed energy and clarity. I did and am the better as a result. Thank you, friends, for your patience as I learn and grow in this new venture.

Sending light and love. -Maggie

Card: 10 of Swords (Upright)

Moon Cycle: 100% Full – Known as “The Beaver Moon”

The Beaver Moon and the Ten of Swords from the Tarot, when considered together, can symbolize a poignant transition or a significant ending leading to a new beginning. The Beaver Moon, marking a time of preparation and transition into the harsher winter months, embodies the idea of readiness and adaptation to change. In contrast, the Ten of Swords upright in Tarot readings often signifies a painful but necessary ending, betrayal, or the culmination of a negative situation. This card suggests reaching a point where things cannot get worse, and the only way forward is to accept the situation and move on.

In this context, the connection between the Beaver Moon and the Ten of Swords can be interpreted as the natural cycle of endings and beginnings. Just as the Beaver Moon signals the need to prepare and adapt for the future, the Ten of Swords suggests that after a difficult period, one must accept the situation, learn from it, and prepare for a new phase. This combination could symbolize the idea that every ending, no matter how challenging, is followed by a new beginning, much like the transition from autumn to winter and the natural cycles of change and renewal.
